Neighbors to the Rescue Neighboorhood Meetings

The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø ISD Police Department and the Department of Communications and Community Engagement is partnering up with the City of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Office of Homeland Security Emergency Management to host a citywide public education/awareness campaign called ‘Neighbors to the Rescue.’

The campaign ‘Neighbors to the Rescue’ empowers ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø residents to help their communities by giving them the tools to help themselves and others when an emergency or disaster happens. The campaign will launch in September and will have multiple components including a series of 10 neighborhood meetings, a free 8-week comprehensive safety preparedness course, and a Day of Action in September celebrating Emergency Preparedness Day, which includes a free community film screening.
