Today the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø City Council passed a resolution directing the City Manager to prioritize the existing and ongoing collaborative work concerning ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø ISD facilities and property. I am #AISDProud and grateful both for those who sponsored and supported the resolution.
As the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø plans for new academic investments, which include assuring that students thrive, read and excel–we know the path before us will include difficult decisions. The support that the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø City Council provided today, and has historically provided, means that ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø ISD and the City of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø will work jointly to assure the best interest of our students and families are kept at the forefront of our decision-making process.
