Gain Real-World Experience

Intern through the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Chamber of Commerce & AISD Summer internship program (paid positions)

This 6-week, paid prepares rising 10th-12th grade students for the workforce through hands-on training, skills development, and meaningful work experience. Interns explore various career paths, gain practical skills, and develop a deeper understanding of industry expectations. The City of ºÚÁϳԹÏ꿉۪s is an immersive, year long paid internship connecting young people (ages 16-20) in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø to careers in natural resources and public service.

Join the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Youth Climate Equity Council (paid positions)

The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Youth Climate Equity Council activates the next generation to lead at the intersection of climate change, environmental justice, and community resilience. Through hands-on learning and real-world projects, high school students deepen their understanding of climate challenges while building the skills, confidence, and relationships to drive change in their communities.
